Follow these steps to return items from participating retailers.
- Begin your return on the participating retailer’s website
- Select Kohl’s Dropoff option (if available)
- The retailer will email you a QR code
- Bring the item(s) you’re returning to Kohl’s and show the QR code on your smartphone to a Kohl’s associate in store
- We’ll pack, label and ship your return for free
